I think Apples are great but banana's are also great snacks (and easier to eat, I am too lazy to cut up apples very often) and oranges are good too but once again I am picky so they have to be seedless, fresh, and I am lazy so I don't like to peel the skin off thus I don't eat them very often.

Well, they do make my tongue itchy, so yeah, probably an enzyme.
