[AS Deadly]

Zel's eyes widened in alarm as Cecil fell to his knees. He got up and ran towards him. "C'mon, get up. Don't give up now!" He brought his sword up quickly to parry a morph who was trying to take advantage of Cecil in his tired state.

((It's raping time))

[Holy Kensai]

Cecil looked up to Zel and shouted "You're right!" the loudness of it in such a small area making the remaining morphs turn towards him. Stabbing the morph whose blow Zel parried, he stood up with his sword in front of him. Feeling slightly better with it.

Zel nodded. He put his back against Cecil's. "Watch my back, and I'll watch your's. We're really outnumbered here."

Cecil replied "Deal." and stabbed a moprh in the eyeball with his sword. "If only I was strong enough to wield that lance" he thought, "It could destroy these morphs in one blow."

[Mankut]

Suoh saw that Cecil and Zel might be in trouble. He ran towards them, stabbing a morph as he ran.

[Rennac]

Kraan thought " Well, I've had a rest, and my friends need help. Time to try that new dagger." Kraan jumped down the passage, unsheathing his new dagger as he went, and sliced a morph in the back, which shook a little and then burst into dust. "This should be fun..."

((Yeah, I know. I took a lance, and had the same idea, but godmodded. ))

Cecil noticed the numbers of morphs were seriously decreased, and it appeared that they were getting weaker. With anewed force, he struck out at them, pushing them back with Zel.

[Rennac]

Kraan thought that there were probably some throwing knives in the shrine, so he headed back into battle, caring more about getting to the weapons then fighting. He stabbed morphs, all of them reacting the same as the first. Just as he was about to enter the shrine to look, a voice rang out from the back of the shrine. "You dare desecrate the shrine for personal gain? Leave now."



((This will be interesting. Someone else pleas take control of the golem thing from the shrine that just talked, I'm going to fight it.))

The Statue from the middle of the shrine stirred, and the man leaning on it ((the dying village leader)) fall back. The golem turned to Kraan and reached out a hand to grab him.

[Rennac]

Kraan sidestepped out of the way of the statue, causing the hand to smash into one of the morphs. "Too slow, huh? Agh!" The golem's fist swung back, narrowly missing Kraan. Kraan threw his knives, but they just bounced off the golem.

[Mankut]

Suoh saw a golem attack Kraan. He switched courses, running towards the golem.

The golem let out a rockly roar, and grabbed two morphs, flinging them at Kraan.

Cecil continuously struck out at the morphs, when a morph was grabbed in front of him and flinged at Kraan. Yelling "Kraan! Watch out!" he readied himself for another attack.

[Rennac]

Kraan sidestepped and rolled to the side, dodging the two morphs, which crumpled into a pile on the floor. "Suoh, get away! You don't have one of... These!" Kraan plunged his dagger from the shrine into the golem's side, ripping upwards through the statue.

((Is the statue alive or dead?))

((the statue is a golem, a clay magic-infused statue. So I don't really know.))

((lol What do we do now then? And I keep switching between statue and golem by mistake.))

The golem let out one last roar, and fell over, killing the remaining morphs and blocking the treasure room.

Cecil coughed as the dirt resettled, and looked at the group. "Do we decide upon a destination, or do we try to get to the treasure? We don't know if there's any more morphs, if Leona is safe, and where Captain is..."

[Rennac]

Kraan said "Damn! I almost got killed for nothing?! We're moving this thing!" And started to lug a huge piece of clay away from the door.

[Holy Kensai]

Cecil nodded and started to help Kraan.

Leona had strayed from the group a while ago. She had no lcue where she was, where everyone else was, or what they were doing. However, a few hours later, she heard fighting nearby, and the shouts of morphs dying and her comrades who were yelling mroale boasters and taunts at various things. A large crash ensued a few moments later, and a few morphs ran out of the trees.

These morphs quickly surrounded Leona, even as she released a few arrows at them, hitting one in the arm, and missing another. They quickly started to, quite frankly, beat the shit out of her. The morphs were not simply killing her, oh no, they were capturing her. Leona started a cry for help, but they covered her mouth before that, and started dragging her into the distance, towards the palace...

((Leona has missed too much of this part of the RP, I am creating a side story for her, but I will most likely bring in a new character, I get back tomarrow!))

[Dath]

Skyler, still shrouded by shadows, dissolved away, as the morphs inside died down. He reformed near the morphs attacking Leona, and became visible. He slashed at one morph, and parried an attack by another. He cut Leona's bonds, and handed her bow to her, as he slashed towards a vicious looking morph.
