I wanna thank the following people right now:
Blazer: he's the uberleet and the creator of the forum, he's made me moved forward with my art!
Tino: i know we started on the wrong foot, but you also made me go forward on this, and I thank you for this!
Soren: WITHOUT HER I WOULDN"T BE HERE!
Ayumu and Ryrumeli: when i met the both of you at the same time, i knew i would be surrounded by good friends who would help me triumph into the above!
Tsuki: what can i say? she likes to judge art, and she's an awesome person, and if ANYONE messes with her, ima kill them!
Mankut, shadowofchaos and Oblivion: DANG IT, YOU'RE AWESOME GUYS!
Kensai and Seraphinox: the same person in terms of intelectuality, though... kensai is rather more tactical...

its been a pleasure doing art for the forum, and i have always had a good inspiration form all the nice people around me =)

Hey new member. 
For me the images just say 'user posted image' so I can't properly comment on them.

For the first one, looks kinda anime-ish, not that it's bad, I like it, as for the 2nd, I like the expressions, they are lulz, although that person doesn't look like they are holding that weapon very firmly or tightly (so it doesn't look like they are about to shoot it or use it really)

Much appreciated you two. The first was Link to test out some new color pencils.
The second was concept art for a female Medic. The original TF2 Medic is a tall German man of intimidating speech and nature...It doesn't translate well...
Anyway some photoshop tests:
For some reason when I convert photoshop to PNG it lightens the color so that's why Lloyd is wearing pink and the shading is so dead.

Wow that first one... just something about it. I love it. Very well done
And the Lloyd is very good as well, good proportions, but as you said the colours seem too light

I noticed on Lloyd, one of the four bottoms for the straps is still silver colored and not goldish colored.
They're both nice, but the colors are too light like you said.
