If you get stuck on a certain one, let me know here. Just say "I got stuck on #___", meaning you couldn't get that code but got the ones before it. If enough people get stuck/it's not obvious enough I might give a better hint or something. (The first one could be potentially tough if you don't think of how you can submit stuff to me via the FEShrine... *totally just made the hint slightly less vague*)

The prize is a custom member icon of any capacity that doesn't otherwise break forum rules. In addition, it has to be of modern quality, so no magazine scans from 1989.

Update: To make this more fun, we're going to have multiple winners. The #1 winner is Ryoku, who just one. He has won on route #2, and there can still be a 1st prize winner on route #1. For 2nd place route #2, I'm offering up any member icon of a Fire Emblem character--meaning you've got a little less freedom there. Said icon may eventually turn into an icon that multiple people can use as well because it's tough work on Shu here XD. Same for 2nd place route #1.

Therefore there are 4 winners, 2 1st-places for each routes, and 2 2nd-places. Also, the scavenger hunt will be up for a while yet if you just want to try it and have fun.

I've updated the hint now, sorry for the slight issue on my part, my apologies. Note that you might want to do a little outside research for this one--you really have to know how the forum and its software (hi Jcink) works to find this. But I believe in your intelligence and creativity.

Yeah. I was the same way. I literally brought up note pad twice, and slowly worked my way through each route's options (that I have thus far) to prevent accidental route confusion.

That being said, Blazer I'm stuck on the hint leading to code 4, refering to an unwinnable game.

@Gold and @Seraphinox. I felt that it would be unfair for me to win while you guys were asleep, until I realized that the whole thing was unfair/nearly impossible when I spent 2 hours on one clue (The dreaded #6) that should have taken 10 seconds, as I knew WHAT to do, just not how to do it. I ended up having to think VERY hard outside the box in the end and I mean VERY outside the box.

@Oblivion all I can really say is try to focus on different parts of the hint. You might be focusing on a part that's not actually helpful or something. Figuring out what's relevant and what isn't is more so up to you.

As for which route is which, I think you could probably figure out on your own, but if not you'll just have to figure out the password and try it at the end!

Oblivion finally figured out route 2, meaning that route is done for!

Also, regarding a certain hint where you have to do some basic math, if you're confused...

A person could have 2 3DS's and assume Mia owns the game she plays (Kirant pointed out a flaw in that technically she doesn't have to own the games she plays). Also, it's game units, meaning a game will count three times if someone has 3 copies of it. (I thought some of this stuff was obvious but I should have been more careful since it is sort of a brain tease; my apologies.)

Keep going on either route, hope you have fun!

Also, I realize the system this time wasn't too great; next time I'll plan things out a bit more and start it around 12PM EST, meaning most people should be in a timezone allowing them to start it (though there's not much I can do about people simply being busy). I couldn't have just waited last night though because there was a good chance people would have found the clues just while casually browsing the forum. XP

Also, I seem to have sequence broke this system. I jumped from 6 to 8 in clue # at one point.

haha, plenty of people found clues out of order, if you just search around the website you can find them XD

The next one I'll work on making it a little more difficult though coming up with places to hide these things can get a little difficult^^

And I'll just say it, the long route is the B route/route 2. The fact that it goes code # 7/9 later on suggests that (as opposed to code # 9/7)

Also I checked my e-mail and it doesn't look like anyone got the A route yet besides Kirant, meaning Kirant is the first one to get it! Congrats! One more winner is left. Someone can do it!

If no one gets it by tomorrow around 5:00PM EST, I'll add a couple extra hints.

Also, be sure to contact both Shu and I about your custom member icon (including HQ artwork of the character--don't leave that to poor Shu) ASAP. Failure to claim your prize within 1 month will be taken as you forfeiting it and no one will get it, mwahahahaha.
