Keep in mind I don't sprite.
There is a lack of shadowing in the head band and the cloth around the neck. The hair over the headband needs more solid definition, I think. The left shoulder looks off, and the neck cloth to the left also looks off. Most importantly though, what is going on with her neck? It looks half cut off.
I mean this in a helpful way. Don't give up.

The Neck thing is the shoulder and neckline meeting imo. I agree with most all of that though!
And the colors dont really match (look like they're cross-game)

Yeah, I considered that, but the cloth neck piece seems to come in between the two, so I figured it was by accident.

In my opinion the headband still needs some shadowing, and the little line between neck and shoulder (left side) needs to be thinner. Otherwise good improvements.
And the tits appear the same size.

I'd rather say the word breast. XD But to be honest, I'll admit it's a major improvement. Like Kensai said, the line where the shoulder meets the neck does need to be a little thinner, and the headband could use shading. As it is though, the headband looks fine, but adding shading'll make it better.
