Fire Emblem: Dream of Five

Fire Emblem: Dream of Five is a FE7 rom hack made with the collaboration of several other Serenes Forest Members.

This hack will include:

Totally new events
New maps
New sprites

Among much more.

The setting of the hack is on the continent of Juranji. It is a tale chronicling the rise, fall and final triumph of Renair of Aukema, a soldier caught amidst a conflict that would reshape the world.

I think you figured this out but I'm totally a fan because I'm such a suck-up to hacks with potential and plot and customness

and are you the same guy who made this post on SF? Meaning you're also the hacker? O_o

And because I like to be redundant, I've downloaded this and plan on playing it on my DS, although I probably won't get to it until this weekend, unless something weird happens.

I don't really know, since I'm not sure, any advice from you, Blazer? xD

During important plot parts. Like now is the end of the Darkwrights campaign, right? So it's a good time to make a patch. Like in TU, my most recent patch ends when the Bern campaign (which is very short) was over with.

Cliffhangers are good, but cliffhangers that last too long are bad--and since patches usually don't come in succession, a patch with a cliffhanger won't have that cliffhanger resolved until much, much later, which is dissatisfying to players.

Not only that but they are both on mediafire which has to be one of my least favorite hosts with its crappy waiting times and ads so I don't think I'm even going to download this patch, I'll just wait for the next one... but I'm sure it's good anyway! XD

maybe rapidshare since rapidshare became shittier than dial-up

but there's other shit besides shitty slow-ass free hosts with ads and indirect links, I still don't get why people use such inferior technology when it's so less inconvenient. it's like climbing into a window to get inside your house instead of just walking through the door.
