Who's your favorite manga/anime character?

My favorites are Goku from DBZ, Zoro from One Piece, Amidamaru from Shaman King, Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin and Shikamaru, Kakashi and Minato from Naruto. Naruto has some pretty off the hizzle characters, no lies.

Uh, Luffy, goes without saying. Gear Second! JET GATLING!

And Goku, who he's based off of. Probably the most amazing character ever. KAMEHAMEHA!

Zoro is pretty close in on there too. Three sword badass? Heck yeah.

NATSU and Erza. Because Erza is hot and Natsu is on fire (in terms of his magic--literally on fire...). And I like fire.

Pre-time-skip and pre-emo Sasuke. Nah. Not even that... I can't even imagine it's the same person...

Meh, that's about it.

Konata, and kagami from lucky star/ Rena, from higurashi/ Alucard from hellsing ultimate/ The twins from Ouran High School Host Club, I found them to be the funniest characters in the show,(but i hated there Yaoi moments) And I liked Luffy from One Piece a lot too.

Favorite Manga/Anime character?

Yui of Angel Beats. She's cute... VERY cute.

Edward Elric of Fullmetal Alchemist. Funny how he loses his temper at the adjective; "small".

Kosuke Ueki of The Law of Ueki. A random and cool dude.

For my favorite anime characters, I'd say Haruko Haruhara from FLCL because she makes no sense, Touta Matsuda from Death Note because he does what he thinks is right, L Lawliet from Death Note because he's me, and Itoshiki Nozomu from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (aka Goodbye Mr. Despair) because he's hilarious and in despair.

I have to watch Tsubasa Chronicles and Fairytale, but for now Vegeta from DBZ and Pain from Naruto are my favourite manga/anime characters.

Cardcaptor Sakura:
Sakura Kinomoto (Not "SaKUra Avalon" from "Cardcaptors". That thing can burn in the fiery depths)
Syaoran Li (Not "Li Showron". See note above)

When I was 10 years old, I watched Cardcaptors on KidsWB. Introduced me to the concept of "cute". I then watched Cardcaptor Sakura years later (with the freaking 30+ episodes that were cut from the series) and that mahou shoujo remains to be one of my favorite anime/manga characters of all time. Got me to be a fan of CLAMP anime/manga in general.

As for Syaoran, you really gotta give it to the guy. CLAMP really develops him over the course of the manga/anime. He gets introduced as an obnoxious brat. Then crap happens. He ends up being a close friend to her... and then eventually, he develops a crush on her that he can't seem to admit. It doesn't help that Sakura's a bit of an airhead when it comes to noticing things like that. She's just a friend to everyone.


Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle:
Princess Sakura/Princess Tsubasa
Syaoran/Tsubasa Li

See the note above. Except this series had so much mind screwing involved, it was painful. Still nice to see a more grown up version of her, and even though some aspects of her were different, the feeling they both gave off was still true to the same "character".

Meh. The fact that it was connected to the original Cardcaptor Sakura, instead of just reusing characters... and add in time loops? Man... not to mention the ENDING. SHEESH XD

And then there's the Syaoran that we can compare to his CCS version. This one is VERY obviously in love with "his Sakura". Even if he still retains his determination and serious composure from his CCS self, it's very much more so for a different reason this time around. "I will not let Sakura die!". And all the plot twists that make it that much more difficult for him to keep going? Man... Tsubasa Chronicle really focuses more on Syaoran than Sakura... despite her being the main motivation for his actions.

Well, I find Colonel Roy Mustang from FMA: Brotherhood quite interesting. I'd like to have his flame-alchemy :l

Lelouch Vi Brittania, of course, because he is an arrogant, goddam smart character. The two things I love in a character.

Anchan/Rokurota Sakuragi from Rainbow Nisha Bokubou no Shichinin. He is just awesome. Sad he dies

Sensei from Kokoro, a piece of work from a famous Japanese novelist. Kokoro featured in the Visual Novel anime Aoi Bungaku with a couple of other novels.

Yue Ayase from Mahou Sensei Negima?! I just love her personality.

Characters originating from anime only?
- Ryoko Subaru. Bias pick here based on looks and the fact that the comedy series is so funny.
- Lina Inverse. Classic comedy hero with just way too much fun in terms of sociopathy.
- Meia Gisborn. One of the nicer character developments I've seen.
- Canon Memphis. See above
- Gai Daigoji. The old man's Kamina. Does everything in one third the time and twice the awesome.
- Xellos. It's kind of hard to not love a guy who screws around with anything that he can.

Krillin - I once got hit by a baseball and it left a mark on my forehead just like Krillin. This was when I was like, 6 years old or some age near it that was young. Fun stuff XD But seriously Krillin was totally awesome, too bad almost everything in DBZ didn't give him justice because he never had enough hair to go super saiyan, he was such an awesome character >_>

Portgas D. Ace - T_T RIP, Aaaaaaaaacccceeeee!!!

Erza - ERZAAAA!!! Badass, sexy, hard to not like her

As you can see, my life has mostly been limited to Dragonball Z and One Piece. And you know what, I'd like to keep it that way, because they're both awesome and I know they're awesome and I'd rather not be exposed to shit that might not be awesome. So leave me and my pirates and saiyans and badass sexy females alone. <3

Clare- The 1/4 Yoma, 3/4 human Claymore who grows to like/love her companion.
