First of all, Soren has been demoted from an administrator to a global moderator. The original change from a GB to an admin was temporary, and likewise I am finished. She'll hopefully continue her duties as a global moderator.
Likewise, in the case that we get more activity, I'll be calling upon the global moderators to look around all the forums and make sure EVERYTHING is in tact. I can't do it all myself, unfortunately.
Second of all, I've changed my name; it should still be easy to reconigze me, however. I've also changed the color of my name to red, the (new) root administration color, however I might change it in the feature for whatever reason.
Lastly, I'll be adding moderators to the individual forums soon, and if the global moderators aren't up to taking up every forum, it's possible that I'll hire a new person or two to fill in the empty spots: however, do NOT ask or try extremely hard to become staff. It's NOT going to get you anywhere, but backwards.
That's it for now; sorry for the lack of new things around here, but I'll try and do something this weekend, provided I don't procrastinate as usual.

Well first off I would like to say that Soren did a ok job as a adminstrator even when she was going thru she moving etc. Oh and where is the other adminstrator? I have not seen him, as I remember right he has not been on period.
We all should know that with school and other things in life that you can't do it all by yourself and that it is ok that the numbers of new things is little to none.
and BTW nice name Luffy.

The red is cool. And very visible, which I guess helps. I personally wouldn't change it unless you decide to give red to another group. And I think you said 'feature' instead of 'future'

Yeah, it's just originally the other admins couldn't edit me because I'm the root admin. Which I think is good, considering it'd be bad if somebody "hacked" the root admin account... Anyway...
The name is "Strawhat Luffy", main character in One Piece. I just got kinda bored, really. I'm going to set up rules on name-changing later today, so look out for that.
As for Seraphinox. Just ignore his existance for now. Don't even think of him as an administrator, but rather just some guy. FTI, he is/was a great friend of mine who helped FES (in both the mainsite AND the forums). He lives in Ireland and is usually super-busy, with either exams or some huge art project 'cause he's artistic. xD Maybe when he gets out of high school, he'll have a little time to be active. Dunno. But he won't be listed in staff, ever.
Anyway. Well I have nothing else to say, really. xP

Assigning moderators who are familiar with the section, it's content, etc., very well and are active enough to take on the job, and are active/interested in the area. Otherwise, assigning people who I think are rather intelligent and worthy of such a job as new moderating staff.
Currently our staff consists of... Six people, I think. Making it 7 wouldn't hurt.

Yeah, although not much, really. I don't think there's anybody active here that I'd think good enough to be a moderator of the Fire Emblem forums, unfortunately, and the good members here don't seem to have concentrated interests (a concentrated interest is needed to be a leader of a forum).

People are posting on all the boards, it's hard to get a person who just sticks to one or two, and dedicates themselves to it. I guess you could put one on the general discussion, but that might be problematic. Maybe leave it for now, and see in a month or something.
