Before I go on to who are now veterans of the forum, please read the revised rules and the corresponding thread (located here) and if you've read it, reply, just to say you've read it. T_T
I don't mean to spoil the fun of the new vets, though.
1) bblues
bblues is an oldie (as in, been here for a long time) member. He's definitely loyal, posts a ton (2nd most posts), very active, considerate, and it's rare that I've ever had any problems with him. He makes intelligent posts and from what I see, he cares for the forum. I only regret I waited so long to give him this.
2) Suzaku
Suzaku is, once again, very loyal and very active. He's on the forum most of the time and if there are any problems or anything he always alerts me. He was once a temporary mod and has showed his worth. He's been here for a long time and he's changed a lot since he first joined, all for the better. You don't find people like him very often or very easily.

3) Soviet Comrade, more commonly referred to as "Dan"
What? HIM?
Yes, him.
Dan has actually done a lot for FES. He's been here for a helluva long time and has almost always been active. He posts and he shares funny things and he's not a nub, which always helps.

Congratulations to the new veterans. Becoming a Veteran is mainly just a title, but it also means you have to be a role model of sorts-- but that shouldn't be a problem, because I wouldn't have chosen you if you didn't already have the qualities needed.

-----------------
If you're disappointed you weren't vetted, don't fret. There are some people who are getting to that stage and others who I plan on discussing with the staff, and other members who I see potential in... Don't ask to become a veteran or go out of your way to try and be one, or you'll ruin the fun. I think most everyone on the forum is great, minus the members that have 0 posts and have been permanently banned.

Uh, right. Congrats, be a good sport, and I'll work on getting those new icons for members eventually. T_T
