My personal inquiries have brought me here, and I must own I am not inspired by what I see, not inspired in the slightest. As one of the original contributors, I made my submissions under the impression that I was at liberty to withdraw any and all materials of my creation, especially that which was solicited of me, and some of which was, should I come to the conclusion that it was being mishandled in any way whatever. This thread points strongly in the direction of this being the case -- in the credits for this hack, I, under the name of Count Bastian at the time, appear nowhere in the credits despite contributing a character and a number of icons.
The accusations of theft levied here are heavy, but also substantiated. Xeld and Memento Mori have presented their arguments -- I had though this hack dead for want of activity relating to it on the parent site until the new developments surrounding this matter were brought to my attention.
Blazer, by your reaction, I am not amused. The burthen of proof is yours -- show me and all others who made the sprites, the stories, and all else you have taken to make this hack that you are worthy of them, or use them not at all. Your accusers have presented their evidence, and now it is your turn. I trust you know what is right and what is wrong, and that you know how to act upon it, and so strongly encourage you do.

Also, what exactly do you guys own of the hack? I've remodeled the story from near scratch, excluding parts of Elibe, which I stole from Intelligent Systems. Granted so do fanfictions. I did 95% of the hack myself, not including the graphical aspects. Of the graphical aspects, over half of it is new stuff. I've gotten permission from the portraits that aren't to do what I want with them. You guys claim you own the hack, or at least a decent portion of it, but you don't. Notice how the name 'Tactics Universe' is not the name of 'Fire Emblem Universe'. When Arch was discussing getting a new name I thought TU was cool so I decided to rename it to that. Naturally I kept it there.

My credits are quite elaborate, unlike most people I credit people with the work they do, even though most people don't give a shit because it's just a hack.
I didn't steal anything in the first place, because everyone gave everything they did to me willingly in the first place.

Try and understand me, oh mature one. TU is my hack. What does that mean? It means I manage it, I hack it, I post it, I make videos of it. It also means I own it, but in all seriousness, I don't own every single ****ing aspect of it. A guy who creates and owns a school doesn't also own every student, teacher, desk, computer, etc. in it, but it's still "his" school. Few people have contributed to TU; the amount of work I've put in is so highly disproportional to everyone else excluding Nayr that it'd be wrong to say it's "our" hack, and even more wrong because "our" would mean one group, and no one group has helped with TU. If anything else, I should say "Nayr's and my hack".
The storyline? The first 10 chapters of shit have all been revamped by me to fit my own, new storyline. While I'm at it, the former scripts were absolutely terrible, which is why I had to dissolve that plot as a whole. Thank goodness I did, because I've been getting a lot more compliments about my scripts since then.
I have to laugh at you saying that all the other parts can be replicated by other people. Thousands of bugfixes, around 30 chapters, you do realize that Tactics Universe is the ONLY hack of its kind--no other hack has gotten even close to being as far as TU in progress while still being custom. Why? Because nobody else can do it! Try and "replace" me? Not very easily. Like hell anyone could. It would have been done already. Then I could retire... then again, anyone else would probably make TU a piece of crap.
FEU has given me some of the least responses, least feedback, and most negative responses in proportion to positive ones. The FEU staff, barring Arch, has never done anything significant to help me in my progress except for the original creation of a few forums that I could abuse to post. I had always wanted to move these posts somewhere else, but I couldn't, because no one would help me with that. I couldn't even back it up to my computer.
Hacking as a whole is criminal. What's most criminal is you and your slander though. As I said, "When you guys gave me profiles for characters you ceded everything in there whether you like it or not". I never said everything was mine and originated from me. If I did say that somewhere, I was either joking or being dumb. Most likely, you guys were being delusional or completely misunderstanding, per usual.
@PokemonRomVideos I don't see who's going to sue me for uncopyrighted stuff they let me use in hacking. Why don't people sue Xeld for hacking, or FEU for using illegal forum software. Why sue me when I didn't do anything wrong?

That impression was falsely created; you were not one of the original contributors; your character is not in the hack; you should have let me known about me forgetting to credit you earlier, I happened to forget Lord Glenn too, because I am human and forget things; this has been fixed, I've added you to the credits, I'm sorry for forgetting; you thought the hack was dead because it's rare that anyone posts on FEU, and I rarely get responses when I post there myself.
And be sure that I don't think I've done anything wrong to anyone except deny Xeld removing his portrait's data.

lol Wow i cant believe all that shit i said about you getting sued before >.< i completely forgot that roms were illegal, because it's because such a customary thing nowadays, that almost everyone uses roms. Sorry about that, i wasn't really thinking when i wrote that. Honestly though, you say you changed the story, so that is fine now, but if someone wants their portrait removed, why can't you just do it? i'm sure you could get a better sprite pretty quickly anyway :/. Honestly, there's too much hate on the internet already, so why does there need to be more? It Takes 4 minutes to change the Portraits with Zeld's FEditor, so it's nto like you would be going out of your way.

I've already taken Xeld's portrait out of the data. As you said it takes 4 minutes... well actually, it only takes 1 minute. I just had fun trolling Xeld. Although they overreacted and took things way too seriously, but that's the fun of trolling. Plus I even got legit reasons to ban them, not only do I have fun but I get rid of two members who've done nothing but cause trouble on my forum. XD

well, at first i was on FEU's side in this ridiculous argument, but that was when i thought they actually cared if the portraits were in there or not. Now it kinda seems like they just want to piss you off, and that they don't really care :/

so I just downloaded tactics universe yesterday, haha this whole argument made me want to download it
it is by far the best hack I have ever played so far, it's the right difficulty, not extremely hard but not lolz easy, the characters seem balanced, I'm only on chapter 5 right now but so far Ezra likes hack!
most of the time when I play a hack I can't play more then 2-3 chapters without trashing the thing in the recycle bin ( but that's usually because most hacks are just reskins) this hack and fire mumblem when they're finished will probably be two hacks that I will reply quite a few times and not delete, keep up the good work Blazer!

being serious though is shon considered a horse unit? because horseslayers didn't effect him and he couldn't move again after visiting a village. it's not a big problem though but I thought I would let you know anyway.
