You insert to any empty area, not necessarily a specific offset.

but where can i go to find out which empty area code to use? i checked your ultimate tutorial, and you used 1009100 for the offset. where and how did you come up with 1009100 for it?

That is just an empty area. You kinda have to... just know where that empty area is. If you aren't sure, you can always make your own empty area by expanding the ROM. But there's a lot of... intricacies dealing with offsets and expansions that I don't have the time to get into, so someone else will have to elaborate on that. T_T
