i am making a hack of the scouring that features the Eight Legends. Can someone please give me sprites for Hartmut, Saint Elimine, Barigan and Hanon? I already have sprites for Roland, Durban, Athos and Bramminond. A Fire Emblem 6 weapons palette would be helpful as well.

The sprites don't exist, as far as I know, since the other four Legends aren't actual characters in the game (neither enemy, nor player, nor NPC). They're just mentioned somewhere in the game in some conversation(s).
As such, someone (you or someone else) will have to make sprites for the remaining four Legends.

The way it is for sprites, I would just use defaults with cool palettes e.g. Bishop (F) for St. Elimine

For battle sprites yeah, for portraits you're going to have to get people to help you... I'm actually making a secret hack where I need portraits/chibis for them too, if possible, so maybe if we can get our hands on any we can share them, but otherwise I'm planning on not using the characters I don't have portraits for.

I don't mean to be mean, and no offense, but Durban was badly ripped from the game (there should be a good rip of him somewhere), and I dunno who the other 2 are but they look completely horrid... Sorry dude but it's the truth, I dunno what you did but they need to be better if they're going to be presented in a hack. :/

Perhaps I can help some time. Don't quit, that gets you nowhere. You have good ideas, just your spriting is ehh.. But, you can tell me like, people to splice or something maybe.
Gimme rice and I'll love you forever.

Yeah, you need to learn it from a tutorial for sure, there's one that Tino did somewhere and you can start with basic stuff like taking Eliwood's head and putting it on Lowen's body and then doing touch-ups to the neck to make it look more natural, and also recoloring, recoloring is a basic but key skill.
